ValoHosting provides VPS hosting, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, and related support services as described on our pricing page. Specifications and availability may change; we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active customers of material changes.

3. Billing and payment

Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay by the due date may result in service suspension. Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice to existing customers.

4. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel your service at any time from your client area. Refund eligibility, if any, will be specified at the time of purchase or in a separate refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

6. Limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValoHosting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
